Last updated: May 15, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of the Hexta AI platform and related services.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Hexta AI services, you agree to these terms and the applicable order form or master services agreement executed between your organization and Hexta AI. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide, compliance with laws applicable to your use of voice AI (including consent and calling regulations), and safeguarding credentials for your accounts.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate law, harass individuals, transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party systems. We may suspend use that creates security or stability risk.
4. Intellectual property
Hexta AI retains all rights in the platform, models (excluding your data), documentation, and branding. You retain rights in your data. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the services without obligation to you.
5. Warranty disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in your enterprise agreement, services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law | Hexta AI's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services will be limited as set forth in your order form.
